Interstate 95 near Exit Number 38
Speed limit is reduced from 70-55. Right as the limit is reduced (traveling southbound) you come around a corner and an officer is taking your picture from the exit overpass while the rest of the force is waiting on the southbound on ramp to grab you

I live about 1 mile from the exit 38 ramps. Never have seen a trap set up..construction is on going to widen I-95. No place on the overpass for radar to be set up. Southbound On Ramp is one lane and very congested wher it joins I-95..Very dangerous and congested spot..no chase patrol cars ever seen there...
