Interstate 95 near Exit Number 5 Northbound
Police sit on top of the Northbound Dirt Imbankment (about 30 feet in the air) during various hours of the day. Drivers cannot see the car until it is too late, as he is blocked from view due to an overpass.

This location is probably just beyond the Lockwood Lane overpass, the last bridge before Exit 5. I lived in Riverside for 30 years and never had a ticket there. They are probably going after through traffic in the left and center lanes, and there is always speeding in those lanes and always has been.
