Interstate 95 near Mile Marker 226 – 228
Radar guns are placed inside cargo trucks and at the rest stop and cars are directed to pullover drivers on the north-bound lane observed from 2:30 pm past 3:00am. On the south-bound lane a SUV hides behind behind the trees and gives chase.
