Interstate 95 North near From I-15 North to Ann Road
Photo radar is installed now on most overpass’s on the I-95 north. Spoke to a friend who is a state trooper. I noticed an unusual amount of what I perceived as "false" radar on North Bound I-95 starting this past March (2008). At the time, I noticed a significant decrease in the number of manned speed traps on same portion of road. Remember when the cops would just be lined up and there would be a shooter on one of the overpasses? Not there as much any more. The "Traffic Cams" you see on local news are fed from these cameras which have photo radar installed. They are Not writing tickets yet (August 2008) but will be soon. Word to the wise: If you travel the northern section of I-95 with regularity, get a radar detector.
