Interstate 985 near Exit Number 16
Southbound of Exit 16, a what i could make out to be a GA DMVS car, no lightbar, sits in the am.. 6am – 11am! he’s new there. i flew past him this morning but he didn’t react. on the way back i saw him under the overpass sitting there with parking lights on. He is not local, nor county. Not a tropper either. as i said, it’s a new car in the area. beware.
