Traveling east out of Georgia the limit is 65, then w/inadequate signage ie: only one unlit sign on the right the expressway is choked down to 55mph.This resulted in me getting a tkt for 74 in an alleged 55 zone. Somewhere in our constitution we have the right to due process of law (NOTICE).This trap poses an ongoing danger and threat to all motorist locals and non locals alike. On a clear nite I didn’t see the sign, there should be lighted and or reflective signs reduce speed ahead then the same for the restricted speed.This trap will result in major accidents/injuries and fatalities.
