Memorial Weekend 2011 they had a construction area that I did not see, they got me going 60 in a 45. Rt 29 is in such good condition that it is hard to imagine the need for any construction, so I was just going through the area with my cruise control set. They got me, but I think this was a manufactured construction area for the purpose of raising ticket revenues
