Interstate I-394 East near 12th Street
Driving EAST on I-394 from the west into Downtown Minneapolis >Downtown exits.
Just before 12th street exit, speed limit drops to 40 MPHS from 55, but still 3 lanes interstate, no intersections.
Patrols usally sit close to the Washington Ave / 4th street exit. Sometimes cycle with radar gun.
They monitor every so often, but fines are pricey, $130.
