Interstate I-40/75 near Downtown West to Lovell Road
There are several broad shouldered area’s where they can pull off and radar though it’s most often during rush hours. It is pretty consistent for the officers to be out doing excessive enforcement at least 2 weeks out of the month, usually toward the beginning and end. It is heaviest around the Cedar Bluff to Lovel Road and Pellissippi Parkway area.

If this isn't a speed trap, it surely ought to be. The posted speed limit is 55 in the city, but the flow of traffic is usually 65 or better.
