Interstate I-5 carpool onramp near New carpool onramp at 320th
The new onramp is in heavy use by the Washington State Patrol. The onramp is for the new parking garage and carpool entrance for I-5. They are sitting high on the onramp so you can not see them till it is too late and you are caught.
