Interstate I-57
A state cop sits on the overpass which has NO lead ramp onto I-57 South So the have up to 6 motorcycle cops sit down the way in a turn around place & when cop radars you speeding he calls them & then they pull you over. I thought this was illegal for him not to have access to interstae from overpass.
