Interstate I 74 near Exit Number 66
This is a construction site. They are adding an interchange to the highway, and have reduced the regular 65 mph speed limit down to 45 in the construction zone. Be very afraid. The Police are here on a constant basis, and every day, as I drive to and from work, have folks pulled over for speeding in the construction zone.
