The white crown vics do not belong to East Ridge the belong to the City of Chattanooga. They are looking for things other than speeding. They just use speeding as a probable cause to find people who are transporting drugs, etc. If you are pulled over and they don't see anything that catches their attention then they will probably let you go if you are not a complete ass about it.
