Interstate I-77 South near Sutton Road
State Patrol will sit on top of Sutton Road overpass and shoot down into oncoming traffic, namely the left lane. Several other State Patrol and Rock Hill Police will sit on the offramp to Sutton road and make the grab. On one Saturday I saw no less than 10 cars pulled at one time. No joke.
