Interstate I-80 East bound near Mile Marker 233-239
State troopers run the airplane east of Oxford MM230 to MM237 Tiffin, wave motorists over between MM236 to MM238-9. Locals also sit on over overpass at Halfmoon RD MM235-236. They use a city utility vehicle to shoot lazer with city, county and state chase cars a mile east of the trap.

Beware on State Rt 965 going north from the Coral Ridge Mall toward the state prison. Coralville PD is all over that area especially after dark and from dinner time to Mall closing time - 10 to 11 PM - and from midnight on. I've seen as many as 4 cruisers in the area and they follow everyone. Further north, the North Liberty PD picks up where Coralville leaves off with marked and unmarked cruisers, starting at Forevergreen Rd. all the way past Penn St. and from Penn St west to 380. I've almost completely stopped going to the Mall or to any of the many restaurants and businesses in the corridor as a result and will encourage evryone I know to stop shopping in that area - period. Maybe the businesses will have enough sense to pressure the North Liberty and Coralville city councils if they lose enough business.
