Interstate I-85 South near North Druid Hills Road
On sunny days after the morning rush hour around 10AM-12 Noon, you will find a DeKalb County police car or sometimes a motorcycle with radar at the North Druid Hills Road exit and the sometimes hiding under the bridge. They catch you as you come over a rise between Clairmont Road and North Druid Hills Road.
