Interstate I 90 near West Bound, over hill, after Rocky River Bridge
Police patrol this area almost every time I drive by, which is 3 to 4 times daily for the past 5 or 6 years (it is a surprise to not see a car clocking traffic). Generally, they won’t sit there during rush hour, or it would create a bottleneck. Other than sitting after a hill (which disguises the car until the last moment), they like to sit under bridges at night (the shadow disguises the car), and they also like to sit at the top of the onramps. Generally, they won’t pull you over unless you are going faster than 70mph (speed limit is 60). My advice would be not to speed through any part of I-90 through Rocky River
