Interstate Interstate 84 E. Bound near Exit Number 243
Officer waits on the 243 on/off ramp facing the freeway.
Can’t be seen until you are on top of him/her.

I was travelling E-bound I-84 in the early afternoon on a Wednesday and at mile post 244 there was an Oregon Police Officer sitting facing the freeway on the ON RAMP. I had a Cobra radar detector which was on but did not make any alerts to the radar. I am not sure if he was using some type of stealth mode, but I did not see him until I was right upon him, and by that time it was too late. He turned on his lights.
