Sate Trooper at bottom of steep hill on right side. Targets OUT OF STATE VEHICLES while local vehicles speed past on both sides.

Granted I've seen out of staters pulled in this area BUT I've seen locals (SC) pulled also. Most of the out of staters are from up north and they travel through here like there's no tomorrow. Bottom line is just follow the speed limit and don't worry about it. The signs are not posted for "suggested speed limit" and should be enforced.
