Univesity and Iowa speed/traffic enforcement trap is a devastating punch to the already taxed citzens of Riverside. Standing near this trap, you will find it going off once ever 2-3 minutes, each ticket earning the city nearly $400 per violation. All that is required to earn a ticket is to not pause more than 3 seconds before making a right turn, making a left turn after the light turns from yellow to red (2 seconds) or a straight proceeding, etc.

This is a heinous intersection and I recommend you boycott all businesses within the University complex while this attrocity is in place.
