Isaqueena Trail near US Highway 123
going south on Isaqueena just as you pass over 123 there is a sharp downhill stretch. You can’t see over the hill until you get to it and a Clemson City cop will be sitting there watching

There is a new housing development going below the cemetary so not likely to pick up speed going downhill as before.
It is very unclear where the city limits of Clemson ends which should be out of Clemson Police jurisdiction. They do not have authority in Anderson county.
