Exiting from Ayd Mill Rd onto jefferson ave turning east on jefferson you are going down a steep hill and if you do not put so foot on the brakes you will be going faster than the 30 miles speed limit.

Witnessed 4 units, 2 motorcycle and 2 cruisers stopping citizens heading down steep hill on Jefferson. I stopped and reproached them for this practice. Officers became billigerent asking me if I didn't have something better to do with my time.
