Jefferson Street near Old Toomsboro Road
At the north end of Jefferson St. (US 441) right at the city limits, two Dublin H.E.A.T. cars were parked watching traffic in both directions. Why does Dublin need HEAT cars anyway? They are NOT a major Georgia city, nor are they near one!

If you see two HEAT cars parked together watching traffic in both direction, they are most likely taking a survey of seatbelt use. If you noticed the SEATBELT USE SURVEY signs at the city limits you would understand why. Who do you think takes these surveys, DOT ?????
If you don't want speeding tickets, get off your cell phone and pay atention to the speed limit signs and your speed.
