Speed limit changes from 45 to 30 just as you approch the entrance to the Maui Tropical Plantation.
Also just before you hit the town of Waikapu. drops to 30MPH again

Not a speed trap, there are signs posted at least a 1/4 mile before each change notifying the driver of the lower speed limit
