The speed goes from 35mph to 30mph just two blocks east of the signal at 13th and N. River Blvd. Two blocks past that, a police cruiser sits around the curve on Woodland St. facing 13th and shoots radar as you come around the curve.

Just because cops watch for speeders does not make it a speed trap.
they are not making you or tricking you some how into speeding.
you chose to speed you will pay the fine simple.
