Just east of the bridge from Saint Charles into Bridgeton
5/17/11: A Saint Louis County police office in a Camaro with apparent LIDAR pulled me over for doing @75 mph on the other side of the bridge, where, of course, it begins the decline. When going over the bridge, beware.
