Any reasonable person knows when changing from one speed to another you should be able to take your foot off the gas and coast downto the next speed from the sign that says speed change to the speed sign..when people are out and get robbed by a bad guy it is truly bad BUT when people are out and get robbed by a policeman it's a total disgrace. He should be ashamed and the pillars of the community that had he doing it...should be disciplined. I have more and this is a good one
