Just over the Ford bridge coming from Minneapolis on 46th street
I have noticed marked and unmarked cars there. They will park off to the side of the road and step out in the street with the radar gun as you are coming down the St. Paul side of the bridge. I have seen as many as five officers steping out in the road to wave people over to write them a ticket. Guess what happens if you are not wearing a seat belt? Thats right a ticket for that on top of it.
