Policemen, some of whom aren’t even certified to be officers much less on how to operate a RADAR sit in all sorts of places up and down Hwy 261. Out of state drivers beware..! Even worse are the ones who drive 15 miles UNDER the limit trying to force you to pass them. I was stopped once and asked for my license, and I showed it to the officer. I carry a Class A CDL which allwos me to drive anything with up to 18 wheels, but this cop wanted to see my "other" licence for driving a car. Yes, this guy hadn’t been to the academy either. Seems the city allows them up to a year before sending them. Tsk, tsk, tsk….
