As motorist are coming around the bend heading up the Pali they pull you over. speed limit posted is 25 when school in session and 35 when not in session. however i was ticketed on a non school day going 37 mph in a 25 mph zone. i contested this but still lost and also had to pay an additional $25 administrative fee which they added to the fine.
