Kansas Road near Butler Road/County Line Road
Unmarked car in side street (Butler Road), as Kansas Road is 25 mph and should be 35 mph speed limit. (I am a traffic engineer) and have worked in Warrington PA as such. So consequently they trap over 95% of the drivers on that road.
