Kean Avenue near 91st Place Street
Mid way between 95th and 87th St. Woods are on West side, police sit at intersection of 91st Place and Kean Ave on the other. Sometimes they backup into the corner driveway of the house on the corner. Anything over 10 and they pull you over.
