Kellogg Street near 10th Avenue
The traps are located on Kellogg St south of 10th Ave. The police park the cul-de-sacs on the west side of the street hidden by foliage or blending in with parked cars.

I think some people are misunderstanding the definition of "speed trap" as used on this web site. Simply put, NMA defines a speed trap as an authority generating revenue through the enforcement of an unreasonably low speed limit or too close to a speed limit reduction. The 35 MPH speed limit in this residential area is hardly unreasonable, nor does it change at any point along the entire length of Kellogg.
