Kelly Avenue near Phillips Street
A true speed trap, there are points designated on the road where someone with a stopwatch will monitor the time it takes you to reach the end of the road. They will then stop you at the gate and make you sign in. BTW, these are not police or military police. These are Area Guard Marines but there is an entry control point to the area (Edson Range). This is COMPLETELY illegal, but they won’t listen to me.
