Kempsville Road near Little Creek Road
They hang out around many of the curves and the intrances to hospital and school. The houses on this road are set wayback and the only excuse for thr 25 mile speed lmit are the many curves.

This is not a speed trap. Kempsville Road does not connect with Little creek Road
Can't be a speed trap since Kempsville does not connect with Little Creek Rd. Perhaps you mean Kempsville Rd between Va Beach Blvd and Northampton Blvd. Speed limits have been lowered to a crawl along this route and it's easy to go a bit faster than the posted limit.
