I was pulled over for doing 57 in a 45 by an officer hiding just over a small hill in the parking lot of what was then known as the Community Chapel of Grace Church, Grace Community Chapel, or something like that. I was outbound in an area that had at that time only recently been annexed into the city of Union City. Had it not (yet) been annexed, the speed limit would have still been 55 in that area. Go on over the next hill or two, past Section Line Road, and the speed limit increases to 55 anyway.

Comments:
If people would stop spending money in Union City and tell the business why, maybe the mayor would say something to the police chief. they have to be making more money than the other budgeted items so i would definitely say it is a speed trap
