Heading south (towards Makapu’u) on Keolu Drive between Hamakua Drive and the other end of Keolu Drive (Keolu Drive does a 360 and loops back to run into itself). The police sit in the driveway of Ka’elepulu Elementary school and laser you as you come around the bend. It’s a 25mph street and you better stay under 30mph. I have been ticketed there once and my wife twice. They’re usually there at night, but I have seen them there during the day. The police can also set up further down the road between parked cars or on one of three side streets. I have also seen them on the the other side of Keolu Drive, across from the Elementary school. They sit in the driveway of the residential complex and laser you as you come around the bend in the opposite direction as well.
