Keystone Avenue and US 31, S. Westfield up to US 32
Westfield has left up construction cones with NO Construction whatsoever. The cones are merely a ploy to pull over drivers who may not realize the flow of traffic must halt to a very slow 40mph in the FAKE construction zone. On 1/29/15 we witnessed 6 troopers who were in a 1/2 mile area (from 146th St. -hwy. 32) all pulling over drivers on both North & Southbound lanes. Once you see the barrels/cones you are in the SPEED-TRAP area. Beware!
