Kingery Hwy (Route 83) about 1 mi west of St Charles Rd
This location tends to have an unmarked Ford Crown Vic sitting at a very short access road at the Waste Treatment Facility. During the time that I lived in this area they tend to sit there during early morning/evening hours and they love to get the people that race northbound on Route 83 from the light at Walmart to St Charles Rd.
