A dark blue Ford Crown Vic / Regular White Ford Crown Vics Known for sitting either on Stoplight restaraunt parking lot or the Bi State Metro Link Washington Park Station St Clair Avenue Entrance. also known for sitting deep in grain mill entrance across from Prison on Kingshighway waiting for any motorist speeding off I-64 down overpath or off St Clair Avenue from East St Louis .
