Saratoga County Sheriff Deputies park in a gravel part just off the surface of Pierce Road monitoring traffic on Kinns Road just West of US Route 9. Sheriff uses instant on KA Band radar which can pick off cars as they come down over the I-87 Bridge towards Pierce. They Sheriff car is parked just back enough that by the time you see them they will have you clocked.
