Kinns Road near Small Privately Owned Building
Both the Saratoga County Sheriff and the New York State Police back into a parking area which is part of a privately owned garage type building which always has a light on at night. They aim at cars coming down hill in a 45MPH area of Kinns Road. If you do over 45MPH going down hill you are caught.
