Kipling Parkway near Florida Avenue
Just south of Kipling and Florida, the Lakewood police department regularly places one to two patrol cars in the grassy median of Kipling Boulevard. When approaching from south of Kipling and Florida, the cars are not immediately visible until you round the curve, and that is where they speed-check northbound traffic. Enforcement is also conducted on southbound traffic from the same location. Trap can be up anytime of the day or night, sometimes one but normally two marked patrol cars.
