Between National Ave. and the Kitsap Lake turn off across from the Red Apple, they have several locations where them "coppers" like to sit and pounce on unsuspecting speeders. (Not me because I’m too sly for them) 😉 This isn’t something new. It’s been happening for at least 10 years.
The locations are kind of across from the Chevron where they like to sell used cars in that dirt lot. At both ends of the Cemetery. By the entrance to that little park on top of the hill by the cemetery. And before you get to the Red Apple where the "Lakeshore Inn" used to be in that empty parking lot.
