Kodiak Mountain Road near Alpine Circle
Motorcycle patrolman sits on east side of street and nabs residents coming down the hill. Even though it is a residential street, most people go 40 or 50 to not wear out their brakes. Officer then cites them for being only 15 to 25 mph over 25 mph speed limit. Officer is very cocky and makes uncalled for comments like "would you like someone driving 50 mph on your street?"
