Kozloski Road near State Route 537
The new extention of Kozloski Road between rt 537 and Dutchlane rd. If you are comming from 537 just up over the hill there is an access driveway on the right and side. They sit there and monitor traffic as it comes down the hill towards Dutchlane rd. Or they will sit on the grass by the traffic light on Dutchlane rd facing oncomming traffic just as it tops the upgrade.
