Kuakini Hwy btwn Walua Rd (Jackie Reys) & Hwy 11 (Queens).
Traveling south from Kona town, speed changes 3 times in 2 miles. From 35 to 45 and back to 35. The road is windy and gives the police and their radar plenty of vantage points. Also, a favorite stretch for police sobriety check points.
