L. B. Mcleod .

They stand in the middle of L.B. Mcleod, most of time 1(0ne) cop, motorcycle cops, sometime a whole crew 3 or more, pulling over and writing tickets,. early morning, but they come at different times, so You really can’t pin point a time frame,. I live in the area and they are there at different times of the day, mostly in front of senior’s First, and across from waste management. Be careful for when You came around the bend they are pulling you over. RADAR

I can easily second this one - very true. I worked in that area for 2 years and those guys were there at least a couple days a week - sometimes during lunch - and also after work hours. They are real JERKS, too. They'll nab anyone just going a few miles an hour over. In the meantime - there are two large intersections at each end of the strip they patrol. In my time working in this area, I saw hundred of cars blowing off the red lights at these intersections (many the Waste Management trucks trying to beat the light) -- and NO cops in sight -- EVER. Never saw anyone getting pulled for running these lights. The Waste Management trucks alone almost caused a few serious accidents in my time driving this road -- and the cops never touched them. WHY ?? Because they're a big business. Just goes to show what the public knows -- it's NOT about safety - it's about making money.

I've seen police there--and don't exceed the speed limit, although many cars blow past me!! Of course, policy don't care about that annoying intersection, turning right from LB McLeod to Kirkman Road, where cars blow by all the people in the proper right turn lane and then squeeze their way in closer to the turn!! Just one of my pet peeves.

Going West on 33rd the speed limit changes down to 35. The speed sign is just past Continental Glass. That section to Kirkman is approx one mile. I wonder why?
