LA State Highway 165 north of downtown Mcnary
At night, the Chief of Police sits at the foot of the 65mph speed limit sign on north side of town on HWY 165 and tickets people who are speeding up to 65 as they pass the sign. He then writes tickets for 65 in a 50, even though you drove 50 all the way through Mcnary. Cheap and pitiful.
