Lackman, Just south of 87th St
Typically during summer months a crusier will fequently sit in the small parking lot for the park on the east side of the road. Its completly unlit so spotting them is hard unless they have parking lights on. They have a good view of cars coming down Lackman, and get people who race to get in front of other cars before the road narrows to two lanes. They may also sit at the first entrance to the neighborhood, again on the east side of Lackman.
